We apply the Velocity to our project as a template engine. Besides, we develop all stuff with eclipse luna, but the Built-In VM Editor made us feel  terriable, so we need the velocity plugin. I tried many approches, but i faild.  Fortunately，i made it. So I noted it for a record.

3. select the Veloeclipse and go into the body page. Then you should read the bottom reviews.

4. Next,  you may refer to the tip and follow it step by step. When you get the [eclipse 2.0 style plugin ]， Congratulations， you hit it half. 

you donwload it directly, and drop the Extraction to the [feature and plugin folder] of  eclipe base directory  separately.

5. start luna for a surprise.
